With the continuous deepening and strengthening of national energy conservation and emission reduction work, printing and dyeing enterprises have put forward higher requirements for textile machinery products. On August 26, the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China announced the 2013 list of enterprises that eliminated backward production capacity in the industrial sector (the second batch), which was exactly one month after the last announcement of the list of the first batch of enterprises that eliminated backward production capacity in the industrial sector. According to relevant news, the last batch of this year, the third batch of industrial enterprises that eliminated backward production capacity, will be announced at the end of September, and the scope of elimination will still involve industrial enterprises in 19 industries as the first batch.

Judging from the information currently available, two of the three batches of the list of outdated production capacity eliminated this year are related to printing and dyeing enterprises. In a sense, the elimination of backward production capacity by printing and dyeing enterprises is essentially the elimination of backward printing and dyeing equipment. Many people in the industry said that the benefits of eliminating outdated production capacity to printing and dyeing equipment manufacturers will definitely outweigh the disadvantages.

Eliminate backward printing and dyeing production capacity

Not due to overcapacity

There are many sub-sectors in the entire textile field, but only the list of printing and dyeing companies appears on the list of eliminating backward production capacity, which is mainly related to the high pollutant emissions of the printing and dyeing industry. Someone pointed out that most of the pollution in the textile industry comes from the printing and dyeing industry. Printing and dyeing not only produces waste water and waste gas, wastes energy, but also causes great damage to the environment.

At present, most of my country's printing and dyeing enterprises are located in the eastern coastal areas with high population density, located in or near cities, and become one of the important pollution sources of the urban environment. For this reason, printing and dyeing enterprises near the lake have basically ceased production. For example, the printing and dyeing factories near Wuxi have almost shut down; the companies near the sea have relatively little impact on the lives of residents, so the overall situation is better. For example, the production capacity of printing and dyeing companies in Shishi, Shaoxing, Xiaoshan and other areas is still relatively large. .

Although the industry's production capacity is currently showing a trend of relative surplus, the elimination of backward production capacity is not a compulsory measure taken because of the surplus of industry capacity. Li Yi, director of the Standards and Quality Department of China Textile Machinery Industry Association, said that the "N"-headed equipment that appeared on the list of elimination this time is basically old-fashioned wool dyeing and finishing equipment produced in the 1970s, some 140, 160 The factory age of the equipment is more than 30 years. After the 1990s, there was no more 160-type equipment in China. The equipment below LMH-160 is very old. Due to the long use time, the overall vehicle condition is no longer good. Most of these devices are driven by DC motors, which have long process routes, high energy and water consumption, low efficiency, and poor sealing. At the same time, these equipments generally have relatively narrow widths and use cast iron frames, resulting in poor product quality stability and poor variety adaptability. Therefore, it is reasonable for these equipment to appear on the list of obsolete production capacity.

Speed up equipment replacement

Increased opportunities in the textile machinery market

Although the sledgehammer of the printing and dyeing industry to eliminate outdated production capacity is hit on the printing and dyeing enterprises, the real objects to be demolished are still some older printing and dyeing equipment. Will the elimination of outdated production capacity bring more advantages to the textile machinery industry or disadvantages? What about greater than profit?

Li Yi believes that the elimination of backward production capacity actually accelerates the upgrading of enterprise equipment and frees up market space for new textile machinery equipment. Old-fashioned printing and dyeing equipment not only seriously pollutes the environment, but also shocking energy waste. For example, the original washing tank device not only has no cover, but the tank wall is thin, which makes it hot to the touch, causing serious heat loss; and after 15 years of use, the equipment runs, leaks, drips, and leaks are more obvious. If there is no national policy to eliminate outdated production capacity, because the equipment can still be used, some companies that do not require high quality will not take the initiative to carry out thermal insulation reforms or are willing to replace new equipment.

Through the practice of eliminating outdated production capacity in the past two years, it can be seen that the new domestic energy-saving and environmentally friendly printing and dyeing equipment has been widely used. Many textile machinery companies also report that energy-saving and emission-reduction equipment is currently selling well. This also proves that the elimination of outdated production capacity is crucial to the industry's technological upgrading. Li Yi said that they recently visited Shishi and other areas and found that the printing and dyeing equipment of enterprises in these areas have been equipped with flue gas treatment and waste heat recovery devices, and the printing and dyeing washing machine has basically achieved heat preservation.

Eliminating outdated production capacity not only frees up market space for domestic high-end printing and dyeing equipment, but also points out the direction for the future development of the industry. Li Yi pointed out that the future development trend and general guiding ideology of the textile machinery industry is to meet the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction and the general trend of automation. The "Twelfth Five-Year Development Guiding Opinions of the Textile Machinery Industry" pointed out that during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the online inspection system for process parameters of printing and dyeing equipment, continuous scouring and bleaching and washing equipment for knitted fabrics, new woolen fabric dyeing and finishing equipment, chemical The development and industrialization of new equipment such as the online detection and distribution system of agent concentration, the real-time monitoring system of heat energy of the setting machine, the online wastewater membrane filtration and purification and reuse system of printing and dyeing.

The elimination period is reasonable

Equipment is difficult to fundamentally control pollution

It can be seen from the list of the first batch of enterprises to eliminate backward production capacity, most of the eliminated equipment is fixed at a service life of more than 15 years. When explaining this time limit, Li Yi said that the condition of printing and dyeing equipment that has been used for more than 15 years has basically reached the point where it should be eliminated. Although such a country stepped forward to eliminate backward production capacity, it is possible to cut off some equipment that has been manufactured earlier but has a shorter service life, but this is not the mainstream. Judging from the overall trend, the progress of eliminating backward production capacity is correct. Because there is no government intervention in management, basically no enterprises will care about pollution problems, let alone solving the problems.

Li Yi introduced that most of the equipment that needs to be eliminated on the list of the first batch of obsolete production capacity has been discontinued, but it cannot be said that all obsolete models of equipment have disappeared from the market. In the future, various types of equipment will still exist for a period of time due to various market demands. For example, some hair dyeing and finishing equipment beginning with "N" may still be produced by manufacturers. These old equipment are mainly used for the production of low-end products, because it is impossible to make a profit using Italian imported equipment to produce these products, and there is still market demand for this old equipment.

It should be said that at present, the elimination of backward production capacity has indeed achieved certain results. But Li Yi also pointed out that the elimination of outdated production capacity in the printing and dyeing industry is currently only a symbolic solution to the hardware problem from the equipment level, but the real energy-saving and emission-reduction work in the industry requires a big textile, big printing and dyeing concept. For example, if you use dyeing equipment with a bath ratio of no more than 110 (that is, 10 kg of water is used for 1 kg of fabric), during use, due to many uncertainties, the dyeing process does not necessarily follow the ratio of 110. If the ratio of 110 is If the dye is not good, it will be 120 bath ratio if you re-dye it. In this sense, if the bath ratio of 115 is used at this time, the dyeing is successful at one time and the bath ratio can be saved. Therefore, equipment can only solve part of the tasks of energy saving and emission reduction. To achieve the purpose of real energy saving, emission reduction, and pollution control, it must also combine factors such as fibers, dyes, auxiliaries, and human operations, and use the big textile concept to mix from raw cotton. Set out to solve the problems of cotton, fabric sizing, printing and dyeing technology, etc.
